Waiver and Client Agreement Form

For all new clients I require my waiver to be read and signed so that the boundaries are clear.

This also helps to prevent potential confusion and /or embarrassment at any point.

As Cuddle Therapy is relatively new it can be easily misunderstood and so this waiver, along with the Cuddlist Code of Conduct, helps to keep things transparent. There is less room for misinterpretation of what I am offering.

I will have a copy so you can sign at the beginning of the session (or you can print and sign beforehand.)
